Ingredient: This tea is made from finest one tender bud with top two or three leaves according to the strict “three-white “picking criterion which requires both buds and leaves are coated with white fuzz.

  • Origin: Taimu Mountain, Fuding, Fujian province
  • Tea leaves: Fat and tender tea buds/leaves, multi-colored (sliver & grayish green), covered with small and tiny hairs, giving fresh dry autumn foliage aroma
  • Liquor: clear pale apricot color.
  • Taste/flavor: light soybean milk aroma with a touch of gentle savoriness lingering in mouth.

Western Method:

  1. Teacup: 12oz / 355ml
  2. 185℉ / 85℃
  3. Use 3 Teaspoons / 2 Grams Tea 
  4. Brewing time : 5 - 8 mins

    Chinese Gongfu Method:

    1. Gaiwan: 3.8oz / 110ml
    2. 185℉ / 85℃
    3. Use 5 Grams Tea
    4. 5 steeps : rinse,25s,45s,70s,90s,150s
